Vendors and Producers liability insurance will provide you with $1,000,000 of general and product liability per occurrence with a $2,000,000 annual aggregate limit while at any venue you participate in. The coverage also extends over the sale of your products through any retail or wholesale distribution channel you choose. The annual cost of the program starts at $275 per year depending on your state, types of products sold and estimated gross annual sales. In addition to the cost stated there are a few states that charge an insurancetax that would be a small addition to the cost stated above. The following states have minimum cost requirements above $275. Florida ($329.68-$439.68), Louisiana ($425), Maine ($425), New Jersey ($504), New York ($325) Texas ($325-$425) and Vermont ($425). Amounts quoted include all tax, administrative and fist certificate fees and are paid annually. Once coverage is extended, the cost paid is fully earned and non-refundable. Coverage is provided by an A rated insurance company. By filling out and submitting this application you have read and agree to the terms.
